MyTourismNI is accessible to businesses that are registered on the TourismNI Business Hub. All tourism businesses in Northern Ireland are eligible to register and gain access.

How can I get access and log in to MyTourismNI?

To access MyTourismNI, you must first register your business via the TourismNI Business Hub. Once registered, you can log in to the Business Hub, and from there, you will automatically be logged in to the learning platform.

How much does it cost to use MyTourismNI?

MyTourismNI is a free platform for all registered businesses on the TourismNI Business Hub.

Do users receive certificates or badges for using MyTourismNI?

Yes, users of MyTourismNI receive nice TourismNI-branded badges upon completion of certain criteria, which you can share to showcase your participation and achievements.

If I change jobs, can I still access my learning history on MyTourismNI?

Yes, if you registered through your employer and then change jobs, you can continue to access your learning history and course content on MyTourismNI, and your learning progress will follow you, wherever you go within the industry.

Are the courses suitable for beginners, or do they require prior experience in the industry?

Our courses are designed to cater to a broad audience, including beginners and those with industry experience. Course descriptions specify the recommended skill levels, allowing you to choose courses that match your expertise.

Can I access the courses on different devices?

Yes, the platform is accessible on various devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. You can learn at your own pace, anytime, and anywhere with an internet connection.

I want to have all my staff onboarded – how do I go about doing this?

Our team will be available to work with you to find the optimum way to onboard your employees/learners. Considerations would include volume of users & availability of staff to onboard and manage the ongoing process.
